As a Transportation Senior Project Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of transportation projects for local and regional government clients, including roadway, sidewalk, intersection, and multimodal improvements. You will be responsible for scope, schedule, budget, and client coordination, while preparing plans, specifications, and estimates in accordance with FDOT and local standards.

Requirements
- 12+ years experience in civil or transportation engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Florida.
- Demonstrated experience in project management for municipal or county transportation projects.
- Working knowledge of FDOT standards, the Florida Design Manual (FDM), MUTCD, and local agency design criteria.
- Proficiency with MicroStation/OpenRoads, AutoCAD, or similar design software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to lead client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design and delivery of transportation projects for local and regional government clients, including roadway, sidewalk, intersection, and multimodal improvements.
- Serve as Project Manager for assigned projects, responsible for scope, schedule, budget, and client coordination.
- Prepare and oversee development of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) in accordance with FDOT and local standards.
- Coordinate with public agencies, utility providers, and permitting authorities.
- Conduct and/or oversee traffic analysis, safety studies, and roadway geometry design.
- Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff.
