Pennoni is seeking a Land Surveying Project Manager for their Raleigh, NC office. This role involves leading survey technicians and managing field survey operations, data processing, and mapping. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of survey experience.

Responsibilities include performing QA/QC functions to ensure deliverables meet company, state, and client standards. The project manager will also develop cost estimates and prepare technical reports and proposals for land surveying projects. This role requires route, boundary, and topographic field survey and office experience.

Requirements

  • NC Professional Land Surveyor licensure or ability to obtain within 1 year.
  • A minimum of 10 years survey experience with at least 1 year experience as a Surveying Project Manager.
  • Route, boundary, and topographic field survey and office experience.
  • Ability to prepare construction computations and as-built drawings.
  • Proven track record of successful survey project management.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee field crews and office staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during survey operations.
