They seek a qualified Project Manager to act as a bridge between project team members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.

The primary goal is ensuring effective communication regarding deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and meeting plans. The Project Manager will determine project scope, prepare budgets, track costs, develop schedules, and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.

This role supports a company-wide safety culture by following established safety standards and best practices. The Project Manager assigns tasks, manages vendor contracts by communicating expected deliverables, and leads meetings with detailed notes to ensure project alignment.

The position offers the chance to solve problems individually and as part of a team while measuring project performance to identify improvements. Ideal candidates bring project management experience in engineering or construction and a degree or certificate.

Requirements

A degree from a university or a project management certificate or equivalent.
2-4 years of project management experience.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Proficient in business writing and have an excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities

Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
Track project costs to meet budget.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders.
Assign tasks to team members and communicate expected deliverables.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by communicating expected deliverables.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
