About this role
As a Project Manager, you'll lead the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure that all project objectives are met with precision and professionalism. This role combines engineering expertise, leadership, and strategic coordination to drive successful project outcomes.
You will manage all phases of water and wastewater projects, including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and client communication. Lead multidisciplinary teams in preparing design plans, studies, and reports that meet quality and regulatory standards. Serve as the primary client contact while overseeing design reviews and quality control.
Coordinate with subconsultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project objectives and compliance requirements are achieved. Mentor engineers, scientists, and planners to support professional growth and strengthen team performance. The hybrid role operates between office and field environments depending on project needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum eight years of water and wastewater engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proficiency in AutoCad and Civil3D software.
- Hybrid role requiring routine use of standard office equipment with occasional field exposure to inclement weather, noise, and bodies of water.
