You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through the planning, design, and construction of critical water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects across the DC Metro Area. Drive project success from concept through completion while overseeing planning studies, permitting, and detailed design.

Prepare and review technical deliverables such as reports, specifications, plans, and cost estimates. Manage project budgets and schedules while ensuring all work meets rigorous state and federal regulatory standards and performing design calculations and alternative analyses.

Beyond project execution, you will strengthen client relationships, support proposal development, and identify new opportunities within the DC Metro water market. Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring junior staff and championing professional development.

Requirements

  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex water infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory standards for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems
  • Proficiency preparing and reviewing reports, specifications, plans, and cost estimates
  • Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables
  • Skill in performing design calculations, alternative analyses, and troubleshooting system operations
  • Experience supporting proposal development and client relationship management
