Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or bachelor's and master's degree in that field
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in engineering
  • Keen interest in innovation and large-scale projects
  • Interest in hydroelectricity and its contribution to the energy challenge

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design of penstock and gates systems for hydroelectric projects
  • Support integration of equipment from design through site installation phases
  • Apply mechanical engineering principles to large-scale hydroelectric infrastructure
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers on sustainable energy technology development
  • Participate in three rotations covering design, site installation, and integration projects
  • Engage with international teams across eight countries on hydroelectric engineering initiatives
