About this role

Royal International Construction, part of the United Al Saqer Group, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Civil Site Engineer to plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects across the UAE. The company employs over 500 construction experts with skills spanning finance, architecture, design, and project management.

In this role, you will review and interpret project drawings and specifications, support the preparation of execution plans and schedules, and ensure structural designs are accurate and feasible. You will monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with drawings and standards while supervising contractors and labor teams for productivity and quality.

You will conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and enforce safety compliance, ensuring materials, methods, and workmanship meet required specifications. The role involves close collaboration with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and quality control.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects is preferred.
Proficiency in Civil Engineering & Construction Management.
Quality Control & Compliance expertise.
Site Supervision & Technical Coordination skills.
Documentation & Reporting abilities.
Problem Solving & Value Engineering skills.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Support in preparing project execution plans and schedules.
Ensure structural designs are accurate and feasible.
