This position supports the continued growth of the power project portfolio.

Represent the Project Team at the site level during construction. Provide feedback to contractors on best practices and standards. Deliver dedicated construction leadership with forward-looking strategic focus on activities, including inspection oversight.

Ensure efficient and consistent construction management practices across solar projects during development and construction phases. Verify EPC executes site work safely and with highest quality to company standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and communicate risks to manage them with the project team.

Requirements

  • Solar, Civil, or heavy Electrical Experience
  • API 1169 (required for Pipeline Inspectors)
  • Valid Driver's License to be kept on file
  • First Aid/CPR, Global Harmonized Systems, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (or OSHA Equivalent) within last five years
  • Minimum 5 years as Worker
  • Minimum 2 years as Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Support the continued growth of power project portfolio
  • Represent the Project Team at the site level during construction
  • Provide feedback to contractors on best practices and standards
  • Provide dedicated construction leadership with forward-looking strategic focus on construction activities, including inspection oversight and adherence to project execution and safety plans
  • Ensure efficient and consistent construction management practices across solar projects during development and construction phases
  • Ensure EPC executes site work safely and with the highest quality to company standards and within all regulatory and environmental requirements
  • Identify and communicate risks to the project team and work to understand, analyze and manage these risks
