Auckland, NZ · Full-time · NZ$90,000 – NZ$120,000
About this role
Fulton Hogan has an exciting opportunity for a Site Engineer to join the heavy civil team on the Ō Mahurangi Penlink Alliance in Auckland. This role is for someone who likes being close to the action, solving problems on the ground, and helping deliver complex infrastructure that matters.
You will report to a Project Engineer and work alongside an experienced, down-to-earth team on major reinforced concrete works across structures such as bridges, wharves, water treatment plants, storage tanks, and pipelines. Day-to-day, you will coordinate site activities, plan construction methodologies, and manage procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
The team culture is flat, friendly, and forward moving, where titles matter less than ideas and people are trusted to take ownership. You will build strong relationships with subcontractors and site crews while keeping operations safe, efficient, and to a high standard.
