Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring contractors adhere to project drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Conduct site inspections, manage Requests for Information (RFIs), and review Material Submittals and Shop Drawings in coordination with the design team. Monitor progress to identify delays and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline) from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering and construction supervision on large-scale infrastructure or building projects
- Deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and international/Saudi building codes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to lead contractor meetings effectively
- Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring contractors adhere to project drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and manage Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Review and approve Material Submittals and Shop Drawings in coordination with the design team
- Enforce strict adherence to Parsons’ HSE policies and local Saudi safety regulations to ensure a zero-incident workplace
- Monitor contractor schedules and progress, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions to the Construction Manager
- Participate in the development and implementation of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans, including testing and commissioning phases
- Resolve technical site issues and provide practical engineering solutions to unforeseen field conditions
- Maintain detailed daily site diaries, weekly progress reports, and 'as-built' documentation
