Requirements

7+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in managing construction teams
Success in client relationships
Proven track record of leading functional teams
Ability to inspire others and create impactful solutions
Specific roles may require relocation

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and management of personnel
Oversee project startup, completion, and entire close-out process
Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting
Manage contractual issues
Establish and maintain customer relationships
Forecast costs accurately for job completion
Provide leadership and development to project team
Review and approve preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete
