In this role, you will lead and manage all CSA construction activities on-site for a data center project, overseeing earthworks, substructure, superstructure, architectural, and finishing works. You will coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders while ensuring CSA works align with MEP coordination and sequencing requirements.
You will review and manage construction drawings, method statements, and shop drawings, monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets for CSA packages, and ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications. Your work will involve implementing QA/QC processes and enforcing strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering
- 10 years of construction experience with projects in data center, advanced manufacturing
- Strong experience managing substructure and superstructure works
- Strong experience managing steel and concrete structures
- Strong experience managing architectural and building envelope systems
- Strong understanding of local building codes and international standards
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple contractors
- Strong coordination skills with MEP and commissioning teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all CSA construction activities on-site for the data center project
- Oversee earthworks, substructure, superstructure, architectural, and finishing works

- Ensure CSA works align with MEP coordination, interfaces, and sequencing requirements
- Review and manage construction drawings, method statements, and shop drawings
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets for CSA packages
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project specifications
- Implement and enforce quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
- Conduct site inspections, manage defects, and support handover and close-out activities
