About this role

ADP is hiring a Senior Engineering Construction Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction real estate projects. In this results-driven role, you will plan, organize, control, and deploy key milestones, deliverables, and resources according to client and business goals.

On a typical day, you will manage large project teams responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects. You will ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets while using specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred project life cycle.

You will develop strong partnerships and working relationships at all levels of the organization, internally and externally. You will identify cross-functional resources critical to project objectives and build diverse collaborative teams to drive business success.

Requirements

  • At least 5-8 years of construction project management experience and/or continuous improvement experience
  • 50%-60% travel to other ADP offices highly necessary
  • Prior experience leading mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction projects
  • Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively
  • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional project teams
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to approach new situations

Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction real estate projects
  • Plan, organize, control, and deploy key milestones, deliverables, and resources according to client and business goals
  • Manage all project phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
  • Manage large project teams responsible for successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects
  • Develop strong partnerships and working relationships at all levels of the organization, internally and externally
  • Identify cross-functional resources critical to project objectives and build diverse collaborative teams
  • Provide analysis and status reports of the project, including business case, ROI, and post-project review
  • Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues as necessary
