At Atwell, LLC, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager who excels in driving high-impact land development projects. You will leverage your expertise to lead and mentor while ensuring top-notch project delivery, shaping the future of our engineering projects.
In this role, you will act as the go-to authority for report writing, site plan design, drainage, grading, and comprehensive due diligence and site analysis reports. You will utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to review and complete assignments efficiently, adhering to Atwell's high standards.
You will guide and support junior staff with technical queries related to Land Development projects, fostering their professional growth. You will also oversee QA/QC processes to ensure all project deliverables meet rigorous quality and engineering standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- 8+ years of experience in Residential and Commercial Land Development including design, project management, business development and invoicing.
- Expertise in site plan design, drainage, grading, and due diligence/site analysis.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D for reviewing and completing assignments.
- Experience overseeing QA/QC processes for engineering deliverables.
- Ability to review and seal project documents for compliance with engineering standards.
Responsibilities

- Analyze project survey data and site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, and easement documents.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leaders to track workflow status and meet chargeability goals.
- Support the team in achieving financial objectives and project success.
