You will lead and manage site civil projects from initiation to completion, using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for design and analysis. Building and maintaining client relationships is key, ensuring project delivery meets expectations while identifying new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth.

Requirements

  • Professional Engineer license in Maryland.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
  • Proven experience managing commercial and residential land development projects.
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage site civil projects from initiation to completion.
