Keystone Civil is a boutique civil construction firm specialising in road projects, renewables, and pipeline works. As Project Manager you will oversee successful delivery of projects across the road, renewables, and pipeline sectors. Responsibilities include managing planning, execution, and completion while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. The role requires coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet objectives efficiently.
You will lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Graduate Engineers while mentoring direct and indirect reports. Project Profit & Loss ownership includes close monitoring of budgets, productivity, and scheduling aligned with critical paths and client requirements. Procurement activities and HSEQ compliance are managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- Qualification in a relevant field (Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction management etc.)
- Demonstrated experience managing complex Civil construction projects
- Demonstrated understanding of construction techniques & specification requirements
- Strong understanding of HSEQ best practice
- Great time management, with ability to manage budgets and track production
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Graduate Engineers, and the broader delivery team
- Mentor and develop both direct and indirect reports to build capability and performance
- Manage project Profit & Loss, closely monitoring budgets and productivity
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities
- Own project scheduling, ensuring the program is tracked, updated, and aligned with critical paths, key milestones, procurement timelines, and client requirements
- Monitor contractual entitlements and manage any program slippage
- Lead procurement activities for assigned projects
- Oversee project QC/QA and HSEQ compliance throughout the project lifecycle
