STV is seeking Construction Managers for the Transportation North department in New York. This position focuses on transportation infrastructure projects, handling both field and office aspects of design-build contracts. The role supports critical infrastructure development across the region.
Daily responsibilities include performing QA field inspector duties alongside office engineering tasks on design-build contracts. Professionals manage construction documentation and ensure compliance with MTA, Amtrak, and NYSDOT standards. The position requires on-site presence as needed for project oversight.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction engineering and inspection, preferably in transportation infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of MTA, Amtrak and NYSDOT CEI processes, contract administration, and construction documentation
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Compass and AWP – AASHTOWare project
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site as needed
- Bachelor's degree required
- Professional Engineer License preferred but not required
