About this role

This role supports end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction projects, assisting in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration. The Construction Manager monitors site execution while ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and risk mitigation across all civil project phases.

Day-to-day work includes developing detailed project plans and budgets, leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers and contractors, and overseeing procurement and material management. Regular site inspections, audits, and coordination with clients and consultants help maintain alignment on milestones and deliverables.

The position works closely with project management consultancies, QS teams, and internal stakeholders to administer contracts, manage variations, and support timely project completion within scope. Emphasis is placed on cost efficiency, operational excellence, and client satisfaction throughout execution.

Requirements

  • B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering
  • 5 to 8 Years & above of relevant experience
  • Completed at least 4-6 institutional/University/residential/Commercial/industrial or similar projects along with infra works projects end to end
  • Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end management of civil construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with project objectives
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and site supervisors
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
  • Oversee procurement planning, vendor evaluation, and material management to maintain cost efficiency
  • Administer contracts, review variations, and manage claims and billing in coordination with QS and commercial teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory regulations at all project stages
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation and contingency strategies
