About this role
Craftwater empowers staff to create usable, actionable information through collaborative and innovative approaches. We are on the cutting edge of resource planning and design including water management, flood risk management, and green infrastructure. You will impart much-needed environmental changes through engineering and science.
As a Senior H&H Design Engineer, you will develop full civil/water resource design projects from concept to construction bid. This includes preparation of construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates while controlling schedule and budget. You will also teach and mentor project engineer level production staff.
We offer a flex work environment combining remote and in-office time with a California casual dress code. We take ourselves lightly and our work seriously, cultivating a culture based around desire to do things differently and better. We genuinely like each other and make time for play and teambuilding.
