As a Project Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that impact local facilities and truly make a difference. Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams while managing RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking with precision.
Oversee project schedules and coordinate MEP and BIM processes to ensure compliance with public sector standards. Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and proactively resolve issues to deliver projects to closeout.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with construction-specific software like Procore, ViewPoint, or Microsoft Project.
- Emotional intelligence to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- A builder’s mindset with a focus on innovative, client-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
