Work under a professional engineer's supervision to deliver essential services. Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures, including professional judgment to execute work, develop solutions, and make design modifications. Conduct site investigation and characterization using geotechnical and environmental field and laboratory data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
  • Master of Science degree in geotechnical and/or structural engineering preferred
  • Foundation design courses preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience in related field
  • Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) or equivalent certification (or to be obtained within 3 months)
  • Ability to sit at a desk up to 80% of the time
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 20% of the time
  • Ability to operate phones and computers
