About this role
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team at our Rhodes office. With the support of over 550 experts nationally, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on high-profile projects and enhance client advocacy and confidence.
You will negotiate with clients, authorities, and other consultants on project deliverables including approvals, applications, and contractual matters. Developing relationships with potential clients and maintaining existing ones is central to the role. You will also assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to ensure project deliverables are met.

Requirements
- Proven experience planning and managing projects across all stages of delivery, ideally in land development.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Experience with budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management.
- High level of industry awareness and engagement.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate with stakeholders (clients, authorities, other consultants) on project deliverables to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop relationships with potential clients and improve or maintain existing client relationships.
- Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to align with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with design teams including civil, infrastructure, and water engineers to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Oversee site assessments, due diligence, and planning approval processes for development projects.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders, identifying risks and mitigating issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, authority standards, and quality assurance procedures.
