Day-to-day duties include supervising multiple roofing production crews at job sites, understanding blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details. Communicate with crews and operations to ensure proficient workflow, while setting up and maintaining safety on sites. Plan and execute successful projects with strong material management skills.

Engage in daily communication with roofing crews and CentiMark project managers to drive efficiency. Foster a safe and organized environment across facilities. Lead teams in delivering high-quality commercial roofing outcomes.

Requirements

3-5 years of construction management experience, including supervising multiple crews
Experience with all types of commercial roof systems highly preferred
Experience and working knowledge of roofing practices, procedures, and safety requirements
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
