About this role
We are looking for Construction Technology professionals passionate about driving digital transformation throughout the construction industry. Reporting to the Manager of Construction Customer Success, you will build lasting and meaningful relationships throughout a portfolio of AEC organisations specialising in water companies in the UK & Ireland. You will develop and manage the Customer Success Plan while partnering with Sales Teams.
You will improve adoption of the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform by solving customer challenges with our technology. This involves increasing Monthly Active Users, Projects and functionality in use, while documenting value delivered. Day-to-day focuses on mitigating churn risk and guiding expansion discussions.
Collaborate with numerous team members internally and externally, on site or in the board room. Become an expert in the Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform, including current functionality and roadmap. Engage face-to-face with customers to uncover challenges and industry trends.
Grow by proposing processes for organisational expansion and contributing product feedback to roadmap discussions. Leverage your curious nature to recommend best practices for return on investment. Stay excited by technology and dive into product details for customer success.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working for or with Water Companies (e.g., Digital Lead, BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Quality Manager, specialist contractor)
- Advanced knowledge of AEC workflows and awareness of BIM solutions focused on Construction for the Water Industry
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Detailed understanding of technology tools consumed by the water industry such as ACC or similar CDE and Construction/Project Management solutions
- In-depth knowledge of the UK and Ireland water industries
- In-depth first hand knowledge of the construction/con tech industry
- Proficient in problem solving and familiar with the Construction Technology Ecosystem
- Experience communicating the value of technology and its features to customers
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the relationship health of a selected portfolio of accounts
- Develop Customer Success Plans with documented value delivered
- Improve Autodesk Construction Cloud adoption by solving customer challenges and increasing Monthly Active Users, Projects and functionality
- Mitigate churn risk and guide expansion discussions
- Become an expert in Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform, current functionality and roadmap
- Partner with Sales Teams to achieve expansion of relationships, project adoption and revenue
